Luxury Wellness Home Healthcare Center LLC is committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in compliance with the regulations of the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) and the Department of Economic Development (DED). This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are issued for services and products purchased via our e-commerce platform.

  1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are permitted under the following conditions:

  • The service was prepaid via our website and cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
  • The service was not delivered due to internal scheduling or clinical issues on our part.
  • There was a proven service failure, confirmed upon review by our clinical quality team.
  1. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not applicable in the following circumstances:

  • The healthcare service has already been rendered.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment.
  • No-show by the patient without prior notice.
  • Consumables, diagnostics, or IV therapy where medical supplies have already been dispatched or administered.
  1. Cancellation Policy
  • More than 24 hours’ notice: Full refund (less any payment gateway transaction fees).
  • Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% refund.
  • Same-day cancellation or no-show: No refund.
  1. Refund Process

To request a refund, clients must contact our customer support team at info@luxurywellness.ae or call +971 50 545 2624, providing:

  • Booking reference or transaction ID
  • Full name and contact information
  • Reason for refund request

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to bank or gateway processing timelines.

  1. Mode of Refund
  • Card payments: Refunded to the original card.
  • Bank transfers: Refunded to the same account.
  • Cash payments (if any): Refunded via bank transfer upon ID verification.
